i didnt use the same db9 because i soldered it together

ok redid the db9 in the correct holes and still nothing no bin file in the folder

im getting 00 11 00 11 00 in the itester

the r24rf08 program just blinks off when i type in the command: r24rf08 dump.bin

i tried this command line to and nothing: c:\allservice\24rf08\r24rf08 dump.bin

im getting voltage out of sda wire and scl from the lap top

Type that in a DOS window, not after the program is launched. The file name is a command line parameter and is passed to the program prior execution.

Or simply Start - Run- type in c:\allservice\24rf08\r24rf08 dump.bin then click ok. That is correct if you installed the program in its default location.
