the solution to unlock hp530(power on password) is to rollbask to the F.07 bios version

-Download the F.07 bios bootable floppy version
-Create a usb bootable floppy diskette with the bios files
-Attach the usb floppy drive to the unit
-Hold the windows Key + B while turn on the unit
-You can see only caps lock light flashing and "NO" display
-The process will take 2 to 3 mins to complete.after that hp530 will reboot alone(don't shutdown your machine manualy)

Everyone who can not find usb FDD drive - you can try the following method with use USB flash drive:

-Download "HP Drive Key Boot Utility" from URL
[/url]ftp://ftp.compaq.com/pub/products/servers/supportsoftware/CP006001-006500/cp006049.exe
-Make a bootable USB Flash drive with USB-FDD emulation option. Specify the path to the floppy disk image file.
-Insert prepared USB flash into HP530 and try a way, as if you have a FDD.

but one problem i can't find the F.07 on hp site
in Support hav only new one F.15 F.14
any one hav links for f.07 past for US

iF Laptop has bios v f.15 or f14 in hp 6710B
can be done with F.07 usb ! and remove the masterPassword
