I have the software and reader.

It is just the one picture I have of the R60 read location does not match this model I have now. "9457-CTO"

Just came across an R60 that has a different setup than the one I am used to. The read location is not the same.

Called the warehouse and had one of the tech's pull the HDD and try to get into bios.

The bios is locked!!!

Will read in the AM and let you know what I find.

The bios of T43’s has what is called a “WHITE LIST” and only those drives in that list will work on the T43’s.

T40, T41 and T42’s do not have this list.
