The resistors are 22 OHM, not good.
seems true for the order except R
Red=2
Red=2
Black=0
Brown=0 (1 digit)
Brown=~1%
excuse me for stupid questions
if it is true the result is 2200 Ohm ~1%, r ...

I've checked Driven Serial I2C with Interface Tester v2.0
the result is
SDA in: 1
SDA/SCL out: 1 & 0
but I don't have tester to check output voltage
whether it can ...
