Hi, the pin numbering always start from the mark on the chip...could be like a little dot or little hole...when you found that, you have found pin 1.
After that you just count CCW (counterclockwise). ...

I didn't work...do you know if it needs to go through rs232...because I use a Wellon VP-280 USB programmer.
I also tryed a Atmel 24c04n on a Dell 510m with no luck.
I have no problem to ...
