Restore everything back to initial status, then put FFh at 0x7F and see how's going on

When I type FF in 0x7f, again ask me password. attached is original dump and dump with 0x7f fill

Put 00h to the 0x7e..0x7F (last two bytes on the row) then remove the main battery and the CMOS cell. Turn on the radio, listen to some country music and relax for one minute.

Then put the AC connector in it (no batteries) and turn it on and let it until it beeps. Then turn it off put the batteries back and check it out.
