I don't think I understand you.
You offer the money for a project, hardware & software or only software?
Basically you need only a hexer for Microwire 24lc515 that use a PIC controller? What if the hexer use a simple IIC bus interface without the PIC?

Can you give us more details? Tu peux aussi ecrire en francais, s'il est plus facile pour toi...

Mais j'ai un gros probleme avec les petits jeunes, tentavives d'effraction et vol
de materiel, les problemes de citee quoi, donc un ami a creer ce petit montage, afin
de verifier et de connaitre les personnes qui tentent ou essai de penetrer dans
mon local, une serrure codee et un lecteur de badge, un code de 4 chiffres et le
passage du badge pour l'ouverture des deux portes, mais cet ami n'est plus de

Lui une fois par semaine il venait et demonter son montage et il visualiser sur
son pc, et la des codes qui ne correspondait pas au mien, donc des petits jeunes
essaie methodiquement des series de codes et lui il me changeait mon code en
fontion d'un des codes deja essayer , et ainsi de suite,impossible pour eux de trouver

Pour le badge, j'ai des apprenties de la citee, le badge est nominatif, pareil
Pour le code, memorisation des badges et visualiation a l'ecran du pc.


Je vous demande uniquement de me creer un Hex qui a pour role de seulement memorisee les donnees et rien d'autres.

et un peu d'explication theorique, surtout pour visualiser les informations sur pc

car le montage je l'ai toujours mais depuis 2 mois j'essaie seul et comme je n'y connait rien
j'ai detruit les pics et les fichiers.

I hope I got you verry well but like Bob said before the eeprom can be programmed without using a micro like PIC. Just for write 'les donnee' into that you can use a COM or LPT interface directly wired to the eeprom.
So, if I understand correctly you have the binary files and you need just to write/read the chip. I know that Microwire 24lc515 is a 16 bit IIC eeprom and is compatible with Atmel 24c512. I have some questions:

1) Did you try to write this before with a programmer like PonyProg or so?

2) Do you know how to interpret the datas from the chip - I guess? because your friend programmed the PIC to write some bytes there in a personal manner. Of course I don't care so much what that data means to you if only the read/write operation is that you want from us to help you.

3)The eeprom can be accessed unsoldered, meaning the eeprom can be removed and write separately or is necessary to read/write 'in system'? In that case the schematic of the thing is needed waht so ever.

I imagine that for that money you don't have pretention of a hexeditor with GUI interface. You can use a standalone hexer to modify the files, then write the files with the program into eeprom.
