Hello. I have used your service and have found that I can enter ubcd after I get a password. ( I use a usb drive) The hdd still shows up as locked when I go to my bios settings. The key changes with a new password this is something new. I am glad to see something new. Thanks for your service, although I'm still stuck. Any advice as to what I should do?
I have an acer netbook d257
The hdd is hitachi HTS545025B9A300
