I can't seem to find any information on this model and how to retrieve / reset the supervisor password... I have all of the tools but I don't have the know-how. I may have overlooked something, please let me know.

I actually have a raw BIOS dump from the windbond chip through a GQ-4X programmer, other than that, that's all i have for now.

If I were to send you guys the .bin would you be able to decode, clean and obtain the password?

Hello,

W520 and T520 share the same eeprom configuration, refer to T520.
You must read the chip with R24RF08 and order W24RF08 + TCPA service in
our store www.allservice.ro/store/utils/

We need also the eeprom dump, send it to support-at-allservice.ro

That won't be a problem,

But my L08 is not located in the picture as it is with the t520, it looks very similar but there is no L08 chip there.

Is there any other area where it may be?

It is there somewhere. I will see if I could find here a good picture.
But if you could also take some hi-res shots with a camera then email them at the email address mentioned above.

I just sent some pictures of the tutorial area and other areas of my w520, they should be there any moment

In fact, the motherboard is the same design with the W510, so the eeprom must be at the same location.

That must be it, my w520 is positioned a little differently but it's definitely the eeprom.
