T420 models are always locked with TCPA system. You must purchase W24RF08 + 1 Additional service in our store www.allservice.ro/store/utils/

US$55 in total.

Then:

1. Email us the original eeprom dump to be processed at support(at)allservice(dot)ro
2. Add the registration form found in W24RF08 kit, we need the hardware ID for licensing the software.
