I've been looking everywhere on the net to reset the bios password but I cant get it to work. I've tried backdoor passwords, unplugging cmos battery. everything short of resetting it using the jumpers which I cannot find to save the life of me. The cpu and ram are on one chip so there is nothing under the ram and there are no labels for the jumpers saying clr or cmos clr. Please help me, I would really enjoy using my laptop again =) Thanks in advance for your replies.

P.S. I cannot get anywhere in the laptop because once the bios is loaded it asks for the password.

It says System Disabled 01526
Service Tag CXNJVF1

what is the SVCTAG suffix: 595B or 2A7B?

Further, I have got the Error:
03388 System Disabled ServiceTag BVMKGJ1

Who can help me, because the Service-Label on the bottem is not readable?
