Hi Victor,

I forgot my supervisor password after consistently using the finger print access for 5 years. Now the fingerprint access has failed to work. I can't access the computer.
I have followed the instruction and dumped the eeprom content. Using IBMpass 2.2 lite, the two lines of 0x330 and 0x340 show unknown characters, no matter what scancodes I used. The hex codes look like below:

0x330 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 12 FE A5 F8 FF 09 D1 30
0x340 12 FE A5 F8 FF 09 D1 30 88 C6 FA 03 83 C2 FA 02

please kindly advise what should I do. Many thanks in advance.

Hi,

The solution is to buy w24RF08 from www.allservice.ro/store/utils
Then you must email the dump to support-at-allservice.ro to be patched to reset some bytes and checsums. service is free for that old machine.

I have paid the license fee through Paypal and email the register.doc and the dump file as instructed (assuming the email address is the one I was replied by).
