Hello,gathered interface max 232 cpe. When the program starts writes: Circuit not found or port error! When testing program itester parameter TPM out parameter is changed every 5 seconds, TPM in constantly -1.Using a voltmeter, check the voltage
between GND and each TPM wires, 4.5V when itester shows '1' and at 0.6V when is '0' .The same validation on another computer. In what there can be a problem. Thank you!
