1. Numlock must be off otherwise the keyboard acts like a numeric pad in the right area, so instead entering letters you'll type numbers.
2. In the code 4yi7579Ld1C7VJNe....<- this is the digit "1" and not lowercase L
3. If nothing works, call Dell support and tell that Pakistani guy who will answer you to F* off and that you're an Indian and you want your job back.
