We are able to unlock all Dell E series. What you have to do is to read the BIOS serial flashes (there's two one 8Mbyte and 4Mbyte) and email it to us. We will patch the 8Mb and clen it and redo the checksums and sign it if necessary.

If you don't have a programmer, then look at our SPEG. One unlock service is free with SPEG license. www.allservice.ro/store/utils/
