Hello,

is it possible to reset/remove the Supervisor Password of a Thinkpad T450s?
Would I have to do it myself with tools bought from you or would I have to send it to you and you would do it and send it back afterwards?

You may read the BIOS with our SPEG but is not mandatory. No need to send the whole laptop here, just send the BIOS dump via email to support(at-sign)allservice.ro

Okay, so I buy the "SPEG full kit" for $79. With that I can read/dump the BIOS, which I send to you and you then recover the password for me?

Does the recovery cost extra and if yes, how much?

Does the "SPEG full kit" come with a manual how to read/dump the BIOS?

We will unlock the laptop, but no password recovery.
The service is $65, so you wll have to buy SPEG + the service.
