X60 and R60 are new models that we didn't explored yet.
We want to give you a solution but you have to dismantle the laptop and take some nice pictures of the motherboard.
Get the HMM from here and follow the directions to dismantle the board, is not too complicated.

Is this also the case for the T60 models? Just bought one, and it's always good to know how to get it unlocked in case I should forget the password. Right now it's just unpacked brand new out of the box.... Very Happy

Victor, We just got an R60 here. You asked in the post for pictures of the systemboards. Well we took some and we are sending them to you to see what you think.
