Hi,
I have unlocked a A22m few days back. i have the back up of eeprom readed from the locked laptop.

Now suddendly this moring when i power it up. it shows CRC.
My question is can i use the that readed bin to get rid of crc.?

or i still have to buy the writer..
And if i have to buy the writer; with i get one free crc correction.
Can i use that backup bin with the writer. and save the one free crc for future Smile

Sorry for my bad english.

Br.

If that dump was taken before the error, obviously you can use it to reprogram the prom, it is the original.

Yes, you would need an eeprom writer for 24RF08. If you choose to use our software W24RF08, we would be delighted.

W24RF08 has no restriction, if you have dumps you can write them.

Ok thanks for the reply

Yes the dump was taken befor the crc error.

The writing method is same as reading.?
Mean connect the interface to the computer and sold wires to laptop(eeprom).
power on it; and than write with your writer program. or laptop has to be powered off for writing.?
Thanks.
