I have a ThinkPad R51e(1843-BLJ). I could not find 24RF08 EEPROM. I found the chip 24C64AN near the LAN connector. Is this the BIOS ROM? If so, Can I use the Driven I2C interface, r24rf08.exe and ibmpass2.exe for this chip to find the Supervisor password? Could anyone help me please?

R51e has 24RF08 (8 pin), is near the INTEL 82801 southbridge, under the touchpad.
The 24C64 contains the NIC firmware, leave it.

My PC does not have touch pad.
I cannot find INTEL 82801.

Ah, you have this model, I only saw it once.
It has PCA 24S08 from Phillips. This works exactly like 24RF08 so you can use R24RF08 to read it.
