Hello Victor. You've created an excellent service.
I have built the simple circuit, dumped the Eprom on my T40, and Reveled with IBMPASS2.1. The problem is that the password (AllIED) doesn't work when I enter it into the BIOS startup screen with the lock symbol. I get the "x" 3 times and then the "no entry" symbol. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

It is "a11ied" for english keyboard. Or "q11ied" for french.

That worked! I should have thought of that, but with the font I was using, it looked more like an l than a 1.
