hello
i have hp NC6000 laptop , can i use tools for unlook i see in mother board an i see just this chip atmel 24c64AN , is this the chip to unlook ? the tools work with this chip ?

24C64, I guess that is used by the Broadcom NIC. So that is not the eeprom with the password.
You can use the hardware to read the 24C64, but not the 24RF08 software.

so where the pass is nc6000 laptop ?
if there is no chip that mean ?? that just unplug the cmos batery and the pass will be clear ???

some laptops stores the password in the flash chip (bios) so you have to reflash the bios , it might not be possible to update the bios while there is a password , you have to do as i did , remove the chip and flash it externally , on a flasher

Hello! Can you please tell me if I can use the schematic for 24rf08 to read a a93c66 chip?
Or do you know where can I find a simple schematic like that to work with 93c66?
