First, I posted a message on Saturday but it got deleted and my account was deleted too.

My question was with regard to trying to retrieve a password on a X21. I've built the Driven circuit but when I try to read the eeprom with /x /d /i, I get a file containing all 0s.

Even with the interface disconnected, it seems that it always creates a file with 0s.

Please help.

I think my antispam script deleted your account, sorry.
If the file has 1K of 0s then you have a problem with eeprom connection or interface. That means SDA pin is held low after the first init.
If the file is 0Kbytes then it should be prompted you some error messages.
In any case is better to contact me at support@allservice.ro.

Usually, this kind of problems can be solved if you email to support@allservice.ro.
We think that in the near future will be a good oportunity to offer ready made interfaces. So everyone could make one or buy one, free to choose.

Anyway, if you don't know how to interpret a schematic or you don't know what a "diode" or a "cathode" is or you never built a circuit before, don't post here. It doesn't make any sense, no offence. The only way (as a last chance) is to email to support@allservice.ro

Cheers
