^Thx but it doesn't work I tried everything Smile

I have a sick idea... I tried to read the data, get the pass then unblock it.

Can I get the "yourbin.bin" from a guy then, overwrite my eeprom (without a pass) Question

If you couldn't read the chip why do you think you could flash it? Your circuit doesn't work ...

Thats is not an option, you have to solve the problem with the interface/tech PC and read the chip. Besides the W24RF08 is not free...

Build the driven programmer, take it slow and easy and you will succeed sooner or later.

After weeks of trying to obtain the password I need help.
After building 5 different circuits and getting the same error I brought a 24RF08 reader from the states.

I've attached the reader and soldered the three wires as shown in the guide.

Even without the wires connected to the laptop I don't get the Circuit unavailable message but the EEprom not available message.

The only time I get a positive reaction is when I use the command

"r24rf08 /i dump.bin"

which then gives me
"reading eeprom
>>>>>>>>>
Done.
1024 bytes saved in /i"

What does "Saved in /i" mean?

Can anyone enlighten me as I am about to launch this T41 from 4 storeys up.

for driven i2c programmer:
Code:
r24rf08 dump.bin /x /d /i

or just:

Code:
r24rf08 dump.bin

the first parameter must be the file's name, always.

Thanks that read the EEPROM, but now I have an empty dump file. \When I say empty I mean full of 0's. Any ideas?
