Hello,
I hope this hasn't been posted already, but i searched the forum and could not seem to find the answer. I have a thinkpad A22M that i'm trying to recover the password off of, and i've built the simple circuit on a breadboard. However, i've completely disassembled the TP A22M, and cannot seem to find the location of the chip. If anyone could point me in the right direction it would be extremely helpfull.
Thank you.

**EDIT
I'm also taking step by step photos, and i hope to post a PDF of the process.
If you happen to know where it us, but dont have a photo, here's a decent res shot of the board, just circle, and i'll go in with a magnify glass!

So i took it a step further, and took the whole damn board out of the case. Found the pesky little bugger on the backside of the motherboard.
Here's a pic of the location, hope this can help people in the future
