hello
i received a ThinkPad X60p with SVP pass i've connected the gnd with the laptop powered on the put the tpm2 ''pin4'' and tpm1 ''pin3'' with a needle and the software didnt detected the chip after that i tryed to repower on the laptop and it didnt boot.
later I dected that i permutes the TPMs on the interface.
What can I do now?

Hello,
I don't know what to say, there could be a lot things that you must check, for example the fuses, power mosfets and power controllers.

but when i find what, how i can replacement the part?
i think the new thinkpad are all RoHS soldered (without plumb)
i tried with my hotair, but the solderer don't liquefied. |
