I found on my motherboard eeprom chip ATMEL 442 93C46 SU27 A

That has the network firmware, not the password.
Look for a 24C02 eeprom. IBMpass 2.1 can uncover the password in most of the cases
Please post your request or infos regarding laptops (other than IBM/Lenovo) here in the Hardware forum.

Hi Victor, 
This is Walter ,the retired engineer from San Leandro CA.
Fixing the Thinkpad T23 using your methodology made me the old PC geek in the neigborhood. Now another neighbor came with a password locked Sony Vaio PCG-984 L.
Has this laptop the same chip as the Thinkpads.

Hi Walter,
I hope you're doing fine 
No, Vaios have usually a 24C02, I would bet your model has that one too.
IBMpass2.1 can reveal the passwords, but you need to read it using a software like PonyProg. Pony works with SIPROG and driven programmer, if you need more advices on this part, just let me know.
But look for a 24C02 or 24C04 and see what you can find.

The picture is having too much blur, can't figure out what is written on each chip.
And just forget about 93C46, is used by the network interface.
I think the eeprom would be this, could you check it out?

Do not fill FFs . Open it in IBMpass and translate it using ACER&Sony mode. If the password is not revealed (supposelly the dump is valid and not a junk), then you may write zeroes (again, not FFs) from 0x000 - 0x00F

2402, C02, 402, etc, is the same. They noted it like that to save space.
BTW, in reply to your PM..yes CF-29 supports USB floppy, as well as any other new age computer. If you do as I explained, everything should be back to normal...
