Hi,

I have a Toshiba Portege 4010 with a BIOS password. There is another post about this on this forum, but I cannot read it as it is in a different language Smile

I have a programmer which will read the chip, but first I need to identify it. Does anyone know what chip I need to read/erase on this laptop?

password store in bios you cant flash new bios to unlock or buy usb key
