Im from South Africa can any one help me to locate a eeprom reader kit or if any1 can send me a diagram to build my own its for a 24RF08

also if its possible can you send me pictures of the reader using a breadboard and also the soldered type coz i want to eventually make my own pc board

Ive been to the above link but it only has the software download i need the diagram how to build the circuit on the breadboard and also if you can help the soldered pc board aswell i will relly appreciate it if you can help me
