Hello Heta, don't know if it's of any use but was looking for the same answer. At the DOS prompt type the name of the EXE file you want to extract the ROM image file from and then leave a space followed by this switch /extractromfile. It should work either with -extractromfile or /extractromfile (- or /).
On the next example the EXE file is an update for a Dell D810, so you should type the next command:
D810_A05 /writeromfile
which would create a 1 Megabyte ROM file (D810_A05.rom).
DRGN997
UPDATE: On some BIOSes you first need to extract the BIOS file to a floppy disk and then extract the ROM file using the /writeromfile switch from the EXE file written to the floppy disk.
