Hello,
I have Panaconic CF-18 with Bios password and windows password,
is there any way to unlock BIOS on this laptop?

Windows password... that is an easy one, see this:

Unfortunately, the proposed method of unblocking the laptop BIOS doesn't work because the laptop doesnt have the required LPT port .

An idea is to use a port replicator, I wonder if that will do it, tough I didnt see one with LPT port on it for CF-18.
