C400 has 2402 I2C eeprom. The easiest way is to read that with Pony Prog and the siprog (simple i2c programmer) then decode the pass with IBMpass.

2402 eeprom has the same pin array as in the above blueprint, SDA is pin#5 and SCL is pin#6

BTW, should some one tells you to short out some eeprom pins, get your gun and shoot the bastard. gunshot
