I'm trying to get the supervisor password out of my T61. Which pin is the GND pin on the P24S08?

See the pdfs coming with R24RF08, P24S08 and R24RF08 are the same. Same layout, GND is pin#4. But I suggest you to clip the ground wire elsewhere, for example the VGA out GND.
