Yes, it is possible but for the moment only by reflashing the serial BIOS flash in a programmer with a clean AMI BIOS code. I speak here about the BIOS password, because the system password can be simply deleted by removing the CMOS cell 
After a few tests we could dump the whole flash from DOS and we've found the password offset , now we only need to find a way to decode the password without reflashing and we're done.
