Hello,
Yes, we can disable Computrace. The service is $25 and is available for PC8394 programming tools full package license. One service is offered as a bonus when buying the software package.
These are the services we currently offer:
-TCPA unlock - this include also Computrace deactivation by default.
-CRC/RFID error recovery/repair
-Computrace deactivation
-UUID/Serial change
All services are $25/machine each and they require PC8394 tools or W24RF08 licenses, depending on model.
So, for this X60 you have to upgrade your RPC8394 license and the service will be a bonus. _________________ Victor Voinea
