Hi victor,

I wrote an e-mail to Your support last friday, because we are in right the same situation now. We need the connection points for the new R60 models. Until now we did not received an answer. Sad

There is a website, which sells Your tools and manuals under own name. According to this it seems there is a updated manual for PC8394, showing the connections points on newer R60 models.

Please can You contact me?

Best regards!

We sell the software only, if you see the package somewhere else then is a scam.

We reply to all emails, but anyway, can you contact us again? The inbox support_at_allservice.ro. Are you a registered PC8394 tools user?

[Edit] I found your email in good order, Thomas. I replied you Friday, check your spambox!

Hi victor,

I sent You the e-mail again from my gmx account. Please answer to that e-mail.

Thank You so much again. Smile

The firewall has nothing to do with it. You have some spam filters wrong at your mailserver. If you ask me I don't see the use of a business email address which is not capable to receive emails Smile...

The e-mails are filtered on our main server, which I have no access to. And my new e-mail address in our company is not activated for receiving emails from outside. Because I shouldnt use it for sending emails to somewhere outside our company. Wink
