There's no supervisor password there. If you're having password problems, you might have a hard drive password set.

Do not post dumps in the public forum, as they contain data that can be used to identify the laptop, like serials UUID, MAC.

I tried what you typed but still wants password..

This password should not be the harddisk, because harddisk is not inserted.

I've removed cmos battery, but the code still exists
Is there another alternative? I wonder what can I do

Remove all power supplies, the main battey, AC adapter too. Then remove the CMOS 3V cell.
To drain the capacitors, apply a short circuit between the 3V cell's connector poles for 1 second. That is all.

Hopefully you didn't do it with the accu or A/C plugged in, right? Otherwise I won't see why you could have any problem shorting the 3V cell's pins (with the cell removed of course) when the motherboard is not supplied...

But if you did that, bravo!

Anyway, make sure the RAM sticks are properly fitted in. Remove them and re-seat to be sure.

With the aid of a good ohmeter, check all fuses you may find on board. Check out the 4404 mosfets (they look like an 8 pin eeprom) one of them may be interrupted.

Maybe asking an open minded professional help would've been a sound idea. ..
