Dear all,
Is anyone can help me on my T61 look’s like my eeprom is bad, I receive the error code 0187 and 0191.

Please is anyone replaced this eeprom with new.

I don't think the eeprom is "bad". The problem is that the contacts to the chip are "bad", but not the eeprom.
Build the interface and read it off system, and you'll see that the eeprom is fine.
