Thanks Victor for your wonderful service in getting my laptop unlocked - this one had the TCPA lock and I am very glad it's been sorted out.

Well it kinda cold here in Jamaica too believe it or not. I live high in the mountains but it's sunny and warm on the beaches.

The hard drive was\is locked as well...I read that the only solution is a hard drive replacement-is that correct?

Because of TCPA encryption, the drive can only be unlocked when SVP and HDPs Master or User were identical. I will compile KeyON with the SVP certificate and send it you to try on. This is included in the TCPA unlock service, but you forgot to tell me about the drive Wink

Otherwise, yes, would be cheaper to just replace the drive
