I forgot my bios admin password. After sending HP the Notebook invoice,
they send me an unlock manual! But after all these steps - There will be the message on screen:

A System Bios recovery has occured
Bios Recovery (500)

pressing F10

The admin password is still there.

any help would be great.

Hi,

Well, you'll get that when CMOS battery is removed, but that is useless.
There is a serial flash that stores the BIOS and its password that needs to be sorted out: read it, clean the code and flash it back. Or flash a clean code (that may change the credentials).
In HPs, we usually find an Winbond chip located on motherboard's top side, under the keyboard.

Regarding the flasher, we have a solution called SPEG.

back home today, I found an Atmel 26DF321 SU Chip beside the two RAM sockets (down side the moterboard).
I hope this will be the right chip.
