I have problem with IBM R61i

Four cycles of four short beeps and a blank screen. - this is System board (Security chip)

Can I repair this problem?? I have PC8394 Tools...

ups...probably needs SPEG - Universal Serial Flash Programmer 1.0a

RAM is efficient.

Yes, if BIOS is corrupted you need the SPEG.
