Hi All

seems to be a lot of 7f values

is it because i used 2.2k 5% 1watt resistors on siprog?

or is it locked with passphrase

Wrong interface or port not working
Port must have 115200, 8, n, 1

Better check that out. Or get a DB9 female and solder those wires on it.
[Edit]
The wires go this way: www.allservice.ro/forum/images/DB9-1.jpg
