We've got a Sony Vaio laptop, model PCG-7D2L and according to the manual (I hope) the serial number is:

A1142731-A2018141

I got that off the mem slots on the mb. Can a reset password be generated from the above information? If not, what else do I need to get to you? Thanks so much!
