| Thank you for the quick response this worked like a charm. When I go into the bios under the HD it says frozen. Is this normal? Thanks again. I now have access to my laptop. |

I get key #51954322 I bought this computer from a individual and the HDD is locked? They told me after I bought it that they're kid must of got into the bios. To Bad u bought it. I sure would appriciate if you could help me with this issue. This is a Aspire one (acer)
