I don't have a working serial port in my computers. the one in the desktop is died and laptop has no serial port at all. does anyone know whether the virtual serial port will work with the P24S08 reader and writer? if you happen to know, any suggestion on the brand?

My suggestion is to get a PCI/PCI-X/PCMCIA/Xpresscard serial port card.
A PCMCIA card is about 10-20 USD at any store.

victor, thanks for your reply. I believe that you are saying that your program will recognize either of those cards.
ordered one "Syba SD-EXP15005 1x Serial RS232 Port Express Card with MCS9901 Chipset", hope it will work.

just got the dump file and it seems to be TCPA unlocked. I have sent the dump file to support-at-allservice.ro with the attachment named T61.bin. Could you take several minutes to answer my questions and I really would like to try your service and your writer to get my T61 back.

A nice program to unlock my T61 with a little effort. Very cool and I had a very good learning.
