second..after doing the interface and reading eeprom I got the dump file but I don't know what's the exact password I've tried the appeard text but it doesn't work . here what I got in lines 330 and 340 in both translation moods:

The laptop is locked with passphrase - TCPA locked.

thanks for quick replay , as I understood to far I need these 2 things :

TCPA unlock service.............$25
W24RF08 license.................$30
55$
and it's kind of software slotion.. what I need to know if there is any hardware to make it done or just " simple-i2cprog " kit that I made dump file with. because I'm in Yemen " middle east" so sending tools to here will be difficult ,about money..buying will be by Western Union.
