Hi there,
If passphrase option in BIOS is not active then you wil get the pass.
If you extracted the eeprom dump and you're not sure about it, send the file attached at support(at)allservice.ro _________________ Victor Voinea

Read the eeprom with R24RF08, see the tutorial above.
The connection points here:
http://www.allservice.ro/forum/images/x201.jpg
Dismantle the keyboard and the upper bezel, then remove the 2 screws keeping the Xpress card cage and bend it up and to the right.
As I said, if passphase is oFF then the answer is yes.
If it is ON, then you will have to buy the writer ($30) and TCPA unlock service ($25). We will know that after seeing the eeprom data, but in any case the laptop will be unlocked. _________________ Victor Voinea

So, there's two programs inside: R24C01 and R24RF08.
You used the wrong program r24c01 that is for 24C01 128 bytes eeproms.
You must use R24RF08 (I told you that in my posts above!), you're almost there. _________________ Victor Voinea
