I've got a HP omnibook xe4-gc laptop and it has been plugged with a 12V AC instead of 19V dc it stopped and there was smoke
And now it doesn't work at all
so do anyone know whats the component which has burnt
or anyone have a schematic diagram for this model or any model close to this model |

If there was smoke, then the things are very complicated. If the 1.5V-2.5 regulators were burnt then the chip set may be damaged, you may need to replace the board.
To see exaclty what is to be done, we need to have the board here. |
