the error code is 16169

Hi,
my uncle forgot the bios password of his old acer travelmate 5720: he asked me to help him.
The error is Hdd password error code 12448

enter hdd user password and after three times it give me

hdd password error code 03552

hi victor..my friend's acer aspire 4315 just wouldn't boot in windows..it show a blue screen after the windows logo..

when entering the bios setup to boot from cd rom..it show a bios password which my friend didn't know of ..and she did not put any supervisor password..

after three tries an invalid system shows with 08399

please help..thank you in advance..
