| if the EFI has been updated to 2.2 above then there is no solution otherwise you have to reset the NVRAM by pressing and holding the following buttons option + command + P + R at startup! after the second bong you can release the buttons. the password should be removed. |

the EFI is updatet to 2.2 ist there a pyhsical solution to bypass the firmware password?
