im about to give up been looking for about 3 days now and cant find it. i found 2 chips that may be the eeporm chip but they dont have 24RF08 on them. one of them have 34093C46 (8 pins) and the other one have AT97SC3201 (28 pins) i found a pic of a R42 and was hopping it would be almost alike for R40 but that was a no go.. plz help me >.<
edit: nvm just found it, just to let ppl no its on top of the board right by the audio ports.. i fill so stupid now >.>... |

Hi,
All models listed in the tutorial have 24RF08. R40 is a bit tricky because has a plastic cover that masks the chip.
Hopefully the image below will help other r40 users.
